Have different bhajji’s at a time
I have prepared raw plantain or raw banana bhajji , onion
bhajji and bread bhajji….i didn’t get the chilli…otherwise it would be there…
Ingredients
1.Raw plantain – 2 (thinly sliced length wise)
2.Onion – 2( slice into round shape )
3.Bread – 2( cut the bread slices into four or two)
4.Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 2 cups
5.Cumin seeds (jeerakam) – ½ tsp
6.Baking soda – ¼ tsp
7.Hing powder – a pinch
8.Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
9.Salt – as required
10.Oil for deep frying
Preperation
1.Cut the plantain, then take a bowl and put the raw banana
slice in the water with a pinch of salt for sometimes.
2. Take a large bowl n add
gram flour, redchilly powder ,
cumin seeds, baking soda ,salt n pinch of hing powder, add enough water
n mix everything well until they turns thick batter(dosa batter consistency).
3. Take the plantain out and dip them in the besan batter
and deep fry in hot oil.Like this deep fry onion and bread slices.( once the
oil get hot , reduce the flame to medium)
Serve the bajji’s with hot chilli sauce or ketchup with a
cup of hot tea…njoy!!!
