This is one of my favourite dish with chappathi and rice...And a very easy recipe...
Ingredients
Canned whitetuna in oil – 2
Mustard seeds – 1/4tsp
Sliced onion – 3
Chopped Ginger & Garlic – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/4tsp
Chilly powder – 2tsp
Fenugreek powder – less than 1/4tsp
Garam masala – 1/2tsp
Curryleaves – 2 spring
Oil – as required
Preparation
1.Heat oil in a pan ,splutter mustard seeds and then
add curryleaves.
2.Add sliced onions,sauté till golden brown,then add chopped ginger
& garlic, and green chilli, sauté it well.
3.Add chopped tomato and sauté it for 2mins,then add
the chillypowder,turmericpowder and fenugreek powder stir it .
4.Now add the crushed fish(drain the oil from the
can and crush the fish with spoon or hand) to it and stir well ,add the garam
masala powder and stir it till it becomes dry.
