Quick chocolate pudding with marshmallows

This is a quick recipe or we can call it an instant recipe for making chocolate pudding.By adding marshmallows,pudding sets quickly and gives a pudding texture within 15 mins.Also its an easy and yummy  christmas special for every chocolate lover's...other christmas recipes are coming soon...

Ingredients

Semisweet Chocolate Chips/Dark chocolate – ½ cup(80gm)

Heavy cream – ½ cup (120ml)

Mini marshmallows – ¼ cup

Chopped Almonds and raisins – 1tbs(optional)

Method

1.Take a pan,add heavy cream and marshmallows,heat it until the marshmallows melt.

2.Switch off the flame and add the chocolate chips and stir it until the chocolate melts completely.Now add the chopped almonds and raisins(optional)and fold it again.

3.Take two small pudding dish and place the mixture into it.

4.Refrigerate it for 15mins.Pudding is ready to serve. 

Serve the yummy chocolate  pudding  topped with cherry or fresh berries and with white chocolate shavings.
