This is a very very easy and simple vegetarian recipe,it goes very well with kuboos and chapathi.Within 10 minutes your side dish will be ready to serve.My sister-in-law introduced this recipe to me.
Ingredients
Heinz Baked beans in tomato sauce – 1 tin
Oil – 2 tbs
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Dry red chilly – 2
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Chopped shallots – 6-8
Chopped onion- - 1 medium size
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 tbs
Method
1.Heat oil in a pan
,splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves.
2.Add chopped shallots,onion & dry red chilly,saute the onion till golden brown.
3.Then add the canned
baked beans in tomato sauce and red chilly powder.Boil for 3 minutes.Switch off
the flame and add the the chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with kuboos or
chappathi…
