This is a very easy and yummy dessert.Those who like cinnamon flavour will definitely love this.The Marie biscuits absorb the coffee and sweet milk mixture making it almost cakey in texture.This is one of my favourite pudding.Second day this tastes better.Do try this delicious dessert.
Ingredients
Marie biscuit - 24 nos
Milk - 3 cups
Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Corn flour - 4 tbs
Cinnamon powder - 2-3 tbs
Instant coffee powder - 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Whipping cream – 1 cup
Method
2.Add cornflour, mixed with 1/4cup of milk and keep stirring.
3.When the desired thickness has reached, add cinnamon powder and mix it well.
4.Remove the milk pan from stove and allow it to cool.
5. Boil water, add coffee powder and
stir.
6. Take a pudding dish,dip the
biscuits in warm coffee one at a time and arrange.
7. Spread the thick milk mixture over the biscuit
layer and repeat covering the layer with more biscuits in a similar manner till
all the biscuits are finished.
8.Top with whipped cream and refrigerate it.
Dust with cinnamon powder and serve this yummy
dessert.
