Microwave creamy chocolate cake

Itz a very very easy recipe….and you will get a wonderful  chocolate cake within minutes...

   This cake is fluffy,tasty, creamy and very very yummy…..plz try it…

 You can see the creamy melted chocolate....

Ingredients

All purposeflour - 2 Tbs
Melted butter - 2 Tbs(you can  use vegetable oil instead of butter)

Sugar - 3 Tbs

Milk  - 3 Tbs

Cocoa powder –  2tsp

Vanilla extract -1 /4 tsp

Galaxy  chocolate – 2 pieces
Baking soda – a pinch

Salt – a pinch

Directions

      In a microwavable bowl, melt your butter.Then add cocoa powder and sugar  mix very well. Add vanilla essence and milk to it, mix till combined.

  Now add the flour,baking soda  and salt to it and mix very well.

            When the batter is ready, take a small microwavable bowl ,in that bowl  pour one spoon batter and in the centre stack two galaxy smooth chocolate pieces,so that it will melts and get a creamy chocolate cake,pour the  balance batter over the chocolate and make the  surface smooth with a spoon or knife.

            Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes. 

             Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with strawberry syrup or chocolate syrup
