Christmas Pudding

Wish you all a very Happy X'mas

 A super delicious and colourful Christmas pudding for all....

Ingredients

 

Milk – 1 ¼ cup

Custard powder – 1tbs(mixed with little water)

Sugar – 4tbs

Raspberry jello – 1 packet

Whipping cream – 1 sachet

Green food color – few drops(optional)

Method

1.Take a sauce pan and add milk and sugar,bring to boil over a medium heat.

2.When it starts to boil,add the custard mixture and stir continuously until mixture becomes thick.

3. Remove the mixture from the heat when it reaches the desired consistency ,pour the mixture to a pudding dish and allow to cool,then cover it and refrigerate until completely set.

4. Put the raspberry jelly powder in a bowl and according to the instruction in the packet add 1cup of hot water to it slowly by whisking and then add a cup of cold water to it and stir.

5.Pour this jelly mixture over the top of the set custard mixture slowly and very carefully,sometimes custard could break.

6.Allow the jelly to set in the fridge for 2-3hrs.At the mean time  whip the cream until thick and creamy ,then add a few drops of green food color(optional)just to give Christmas ambience.Cover and refrigerate it ,thus the cream becomes more thick.

7.When the jelly is completely set, top with green whipped cream.

Delicious and simple Christmas pudding is ready to serve…
