Ingredients
For Marination
 Chicken(Boneless/with
bone)-500gm
 Red chilli powder-2tsp 
 Jeera powder-1tsp 
 Turmeric powder-1/2tsp 
 Garam masala-1/2tsp 
 Ginger garlic paste-2tsp 
 Curds-2tbsp 
 Oil-2tbsp 
 Salt -to taste 
 Red food color-a pinch(optional)
For Gravy
Butter-2tbsp
Sliced onions-1cup
Ginger
garlic paste-1tsp
Tomato
puree-1cup
Jeera
powder-1/2tsp
Chilli
powder-1tsp
Turmeric
powder-1/2tsp
Directions
       Mix all the 
ingredients  for marination with
the chicken  pieces (bite size pieces) and marinate
for 2 hrs.
           Heat
a non stick pan and roast the chicken on medium flame till crisp and
cooked.(don’t  add oil).
          Heat butter in a pan.Add onions and saute till brown.Add
ginger garlic paste and saute.
           After that add tomato puree,turmeric
powder,jeera powder and chilli powder,and sauté for 2-3mins.
            Now add the chicken pieces and add
water to get the right consistency and boil for sometimes (gravy should be
thick).
 
Serve
hot with naan,roti or pulao...
