Today i decided to try a fruity strawberry mug cake,i got this recipe from family kitchen.
Its a very simple and easy recipe.
This batter makes two small mugs or use a tall mug like mine.
Egg - 1
Yogurt - 2 tbs
Strawberry syrup – 1tbs
Vegetable oil – 1tbs
Baking powder – less than 1/4tsp
Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp
granulated sugar – 4tbs
All-purpose flour – 5tbs
Strawberries and icecream for serving

Mix the egg, yogurt, syrup,vegetable oil, baking powder,
extract, sugar and flour in a small bowl until completely smooth.

Fill the mug to halfway full and place it in the
microwave. Keep it for 3 to 4 mintues.
Top
with strawberries and scoops of ice cream
