Bread & Cream Cheese trifle




Layers of bread, jam,biscuit ,whipped cream altogether create an easy and delicious dessert in no time.This trifle makes every spoonful a dessert-lover's paradise! 






Ingredients

Cream cheese softened – 150gm
Bread – 4 slice(cut the sides of the bread and make it into small pieces)
Crushed digestive biscuits( any other kind of cookie you have on hand) – 3-4
Condensed milk – ¼ tin
Lemon juice – 1tsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2tsp
Sugar – 2tbs
Cherry jam/ Strawberry jam
Whipping cream – 1cup
Strawberry syrup – 2tbs
Fresh strawberries 


Method


1.In a mixing bowlgently beat the cream cheese ,sugar,vanilla essence and condensed milk until mixture become smooth. Then add the lemon juice to the cheese mixture and mix.



2.In other bowl beat the whipping cream until smooth and creamy.Then add the  bread pieces and whipped cream  to  the cheese mixture and mix well.



3.Now equally  divide this mixture into two bowls.In one bowl add the strawberry syrup and combine well to get a pink color(this is optional).



4. Divide the crushed cookies between 2 small glasses or trifle cups.



5. Place the pink bread cream mixture on top of the biscuit,then again biscuit,then the other layer with cherry jam.Next place the white mixture,then pink mixture.Finally top with  some fresh strawberries.



6. Keep it  in the refrigerator for 2hrs.





 
Enjoy this delicious,sweety,creamy,yummy dessert…..

You can make this dessert without cheese also,you can do it with whipping cream and condensed milk.
